Terms and Conditions
About the service
AI Universe Pakistan is an online platform for symbolic Tarot readings, personal reflection, and related digital experiences. The platform is operated as an individual business.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify support about suspected unauthorized access.
Nature of readings
Tarot content is for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not establish facts about another person’s thoughts, predict outcomes with certainty, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional advice.
Packages and prices
Prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The free reading includes 3 cards. Paid packages are Personal Insight (10 total cards, PKR 1,999), Deep Love (20 total cards, PKR 3,999), and Complete Life & Love (30 total cards, PKR 6,999). The first 3 cards count toward each package total.
Payments and credits
Online payments will only be available once an approved gateway is connected. Any internal reading credits are non-transferable service credits usable only for eligible AI Universe purchases, not a bank account, electronic-money wallet, or cash-out service. Credits are issued only after verified payment.
Delivery and access
Digital readings are delivered through the account interface when the relevant service is available and payment is verified. Service availability and features are described at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or misuse payment or referral systems.
Cancellation and refunds
Please read the Return Policy and Refund Policy before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider requirements take precedence where applicable.
